Today I went out with a couple friends for dinner and we decided to stop at Five Below while we were out. I wanted to get a phone cord, but I also really wanted to check out their makeup section. Sometimes you can find some real gems in there. I think I did ok today, a couple not so great things and a few real winners.
Five Below Makeup Haul
Want a look at what I got? Check out my video below.
Most of what I bought today were things by Style Essentials. If you want to try to find any of this,, some of it can be found on Amazon, but at a higher price than what I found in the store. You can visit Five Below online as well and check out anything they might have.
I love shopping Five Below for all sorts of items, but I really love finding cool new palettes and inexpensive makeup items. You know I always want to find things on a budget. They also had a large selection of Wet N Wild Cosmetics. Wet N Wild in recent years has really stepped up their beauty game and have some really great products. I really enjoy their Vegan Makeup brushes, which Five Below had the full collection of.
What do you think of what I got?
My favorite thing that I got at Five Below I think is the eyeshadow and blush palette. I tried it out after filming this video and I was really impressed at the shadows. The blush colors are also really flattering on my complexion.
Another standout winner was the baked eyeshadow palette because it’s versatile. I used it as a bronzer and the lighter color as a highlight and it worked great as both. I definitely recommend trying those products if you can get your hands on them.
